Tennessee Government? Who with any BRAINS...is in charge??

......i am confused............
as it is i had to put my taxes on a credit card.
I cannot sell my house........

i don't understand.......how............at a time.....when there are multiple foreclosures .....
a county can .......tell you.............
the value of your home has increased???

1: foreclosures......left and right
2: unemployment rate topping 10 percent
3: homes on the market for 3-5 years.....no movement
4: value of ones land, home. CHANGED ON SEPTEMBER 15,2008.
therefore any stats. are TOTALLY INVALID.
5: i would like to understand as a poet, a person who cares about our world.......
is TENNESSEE.............the only state
that denigrated its humanity.
AT A TIME LIKE THIS?? I AM ASHAMED.
